Dear Solar Enthusiasts,
We are very excited to announce that the grant contract with Xcel Energy was signed on November 4, 2008 - election day! We are doubly excited, as you can imagine... and we now proceed from our solar assessment phase to our installation phase. Please note that we continue to make solar assessments, for more details, please see below.

Progress Update
We would also like to update everyone on our progress;
- We have now finished calling all phone assessments for 1,000 people on our list.
If you have received a voice mail or two from us and you are still interested, please call in!

- We still have about 60 street assessments to finish. Please be patient, especially if you live on the outer edges of the cities. Laura will call and e-mail you when your street assessment is done.
- If we have requested documents from you, please be aware that the fax number we provided during the last couple of months has been changed. If you have not heard back from us after submitting documents, please contact us!

- We have completed six On Site Assessments and continue to schedule more. We hope to have leasing contracts finalized and presented to these homeowners very soon.

We had bowling party to at Bryant Lake Bowl to celebrate the signing of the Xcel Energy contract and to thank all the employees that helped make it happen!

New Operations Manager 
Eric Hanson has snagged the position of Operations Manager for freEner-g. He beat out many well trained and ambitious people all interested in the solar cause. There is a place for Green Jobs in our economy!
